Systems with controlled mechanical ventilation and purification filters the outside air to retain pollen, fine particles and bacteria, while the indoor air is extracted to release CO2, humidity and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). In the past, dwellings were subject to air infiltration due to poor airtightness, resulting in high energy losses. Double flow with heat recovery

Dual-flow ventilation with heat recovery allows indoor air to be renewed by exhausting it through ducts from wet areas such as kitchens and bathrooms. In contrast to the simple ventilation system, the air from outside is treated and then directed indoors through ducts and diffusers to the dry areas of the dwelling. The dual-flow system ventilates and filters the air and removes pollutants, microbes, viruses and allergens. These solutions improve the quality of life and comfort of people in the home.

Single flow

This system combines the supply of air through registers directly into the dwelling and an extraction system formed by ducts from bathrooms and the kitchen. It allows the basic regulation of air flow through constant-flow or regulated-flow openings, depending on the humidity level. The main advantage is its simplicity, as it does not require a dual duct system.

Constant pressure control

The CPC system allows the automatic operation of a fan by using a built-in pressure sensor and an electronic control that adjusts the speed of the ventilation unit according to the needs of each installation. This makes it possible to maintain a constant pressure in the duct system regardless of the number of dwellings and the number of extraction or supply inlets, thus adapting the air flow to the needs of each dwelling. This control system, which works with our EC TECHNOLOGY fans, provides the best solution for all types of installations, obtaining energy cost savings far superior to any other unit. In addition, it maintains a perfect balance between the ventilation needs of each home, minimum electricity consumption and a low noise level.
